About this home
A cosy, mobility-friendly cottage in Southwold, set up with accessibility in mind by its owner, an occupational therapist. Two bedrooms (one king, one double) plus a single rollaway bed, a wet room shower with grab rails, a private entrance and a private garden. Pets are welcome. Southwold Pier and the Summer Theatre are both within about a 15-minute walk, and there's a log burner in the living room for cosy evenings in.
Frobisher Cottage offers a practical space, thoughtfully arranged with mobility in mind.
Sleeping - Bedroom 1: double bed - Bedroom 2: king-size bed - A single wheeled rollaway bed is available downstairs, so the cottage sleeps up to four with room for another guest should it be needed. The main bedrooms are upstairs, so the rollaway is handy for anyone who would rather not use the stairs.

Living and kitchen - Living room with a log burner and TV - Conservatory, a bright extra space to relax - Kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and air fryer - Washing machine and hairdryer - WiFi
Outside - Private garden with outdoor furniture, a lovely spot for a morning coffee - Free on-street parking nearby
