Looking after the asset, not just the calendar
A short-let property takes more wear in a year than a long tenancy takes in three. That is fine if someone is watching it. We inspect after every changeover, log condition, replace tired soft furnishings before a guest photographs them, and keep a maintenance record you can actually read.
Owners who eventually sell tell us the property came out of management in better condition than it went in. That is the standard we are aiming at.

What other charges do management companies add?
Common extras across the industry are setup fees, photography fees, linen hire, cleaning margins and listing fees. We do not charge setup or photography fees and we are explicit about what a guest-paid cleaning fee covers.
How quickly can my property go live?
Two to three weeks is typical from sign-up to first guest, including styling advice, photography and listing build. If the property is already presentable we can move in days.
Do I need to furnish it to a particular standard?
It needs to photograph well and function faultlessly. We give you a specific list at appraisal and will tell you which upgrades pay back and which do not.
